Meet Lubbock Primary Care University, previously known as Hope Urgent Care Clinic. Dr. Victor Chavez opened Hope Urgent Care in 1982, but has since retired and handed the reins over to Dr. Chris Shanklin, gaining a new name -- Lubbock Primary Care University.
